👀 Feeling Eye Strain from Screens? Try the 20-20-20 Rule! 💻📱
Staring at a screen for hours can leave your eyes feeling tired, dry, and strained. One easy first step to try? The 20-20-20 rule:
🔹 Every 20 minutes,
🔹 Look at something 20 feet away,
🔹 For at least 20 seconds.
This quick habit gives your eyes little breaks, helping to reduce digital eye strain and keep your eyes and eye muscles feeling less fatigued. (Imagine going to the gym to lift weights 🏋🏼♀️ and not taking any breaks for 8 hours!)
And of course make sure you see your Optometrist to make sure you have the proper eyewear correction if needed. 👓💙
