We see many patients for slip and fall injuries over the winter months. Don’t let it be you! ⚠️🚫

Consider wearing something like “Yaktrax” on the bottom of your boots to give you more grip while you’re walking outside now that the snow is here. ⛄️

Thank you to those that already donated something toward our Christmas Hampers! 🙏

We are making 14 of them again this year for local families in need. This is no small feat, and we will gladly accept donations from our generous patients!

Ages range from 2-14 for the kids and we have many parents, grandparents and aunts/uncles too! 👦 👧 👩🏼 👨 👵 👴

Friendly reminder, we’re looking to fill the hampers with:

New Socks 🧦
New Toques
New Mitts
New Pajamas/pajama pants
Non Perishable Food 🍫
Household Items
Toiletries
Toys
Books 📚
Crafts
Gently Used Purses 👛

Donations can be dropped off at the clinic Mon-Sat until Dec. 11/25. Please call beforehand to make sure we’re open! ☎️

Hampers will be assembled and dropped off at a local school for students and their families to enjoy. 😊
