What can you expect from my treatment?

We will start your visit with a short assessment and review of your concerns. I will start with your arms and shoulders, then move to your back and neck. I will release the tight tendons that get twisted between your shoulder blades using a special tool and I will usually also use a battery powered massage gun.

Once your neck and back have been released, I will have you lay on your back on the table and I will assess your hips. If there is a discrepancy in their level, I will stretch the tendons in your pelvic region and correct the hip alignment.
I check the tendons in your inguinal region and pull on any that are tight.

After the hips and pelvis are loosened, I will give your quads a roll, release your Achilles tendons and give your feet a nice stretch.
I will also work on your hands and feet if you have expressed a need, extra attention to shoulders, knees and elbows as well.

You will get a lower back stretch before I ask you to roll onto your stomach to work on the buttocks and sacroiliac joint.

When the treatment is done, you will be asked to increase water intake, I may have stretches for you, and other suggestions like supplements you can add to your diet.

Some clients experience tenderness and bruising after a treatment
Pain should be tolerable, can be uncomfortable, but the results and relief should be fairly quick
