As a partner, you want to offer help to the person you love in labour. But what do you do when you offer a suggestion, they agree, but then they don’t do what you suggested during the contraction? They might just be in LABOURLAND and need a little extra help to get there! ⭐️ TIP ⭐️ Don’t suggest a new option yet. SHOW them what to do. Include simple directions.

Did you know newborns have tiny tummies? People often underestimate how little they need to eat, starting with just a couple teaspoons of colostrum on day one. As mature milk comes in, the amount gradually increases over the first 4-6 weeks, still only about the size of a large egg! But what's in that milk is incredibly powerful, tailored to their exact needs at every stage and their developmental needs.
