As of April 28, I am working just at Blue Moon Chiro as things have gotten busier since my move. It is also where I have Ultrasound available. Good to see people starting to find me out there. Moving is not easy! Took a few months just to get signage up!

Welcome to 2023! It was an all day move on December 31, 2022 but everything is now at Blue Moon at St. James. I will dear friends and colleagues at Serratus Movement Centre and know they have a brilliant future ahead with their youth programming. They never stopped building during the pandemic even though it truly must have been stressful beyond words.

I am working out of two different places. Blue Moon is where many clients who have seen me at two locations will generally find me. However, I am taking appointments at Kramp Chiropractic at 210-4910 Roblin in Charleswood. They handle all the booking and intake forms there and I will be filling the gaps of coverage in areas like weekends and evenings.

I times out the drive for both and from my last location, it should 10 to 15 minutes using the Charleswood Bridge and avoiding the ever growing busy Kenaston.

Price rates are up as of the 1st. I don't set them at either location and held off increases through the pandemic. Do check your insurance though as many have increases in coverage this year. I know mine does!

I hope 2023 is the year we can finally break through to better health. It has been an ordeal for so many of you as it has been for me. I will continue to use safe practices and we can look forward to better times.

Happy December everyone! As of January 1, 2023 I will be at my new location in St. James. I have loved my time at Serratus but like a lot of businesses in the pandemic, they have pivoted and now looking to renovate in areas that I have clinic space. This is a good thing for their growing youth parkour and ninja programming. Nothing but good thoughts for them. I will be at Blue Moon Chiropractic as of January 1 and likely working right up till Friday December 30 with a move on the 31st. More details to come!

As March 15 nears, it is good to go over the new protocols for Covid 19. The mask mandate drops as well as quarantine for Covid 19 positive people. My policy is as before Covid. If you are sick with flu-like symptoms, get some rest and we'll re-book later. I certainly won't work on any client when I am sick. Your health is too valuable to me. I will continue to wear a mask and the gym may have a policy similar until at least end of Spring Break. Still too many people dying from Covid 19 and wait times for other medical procedures still stalled. Covid is like winter. We can say it is over but until there is more evidence, I will still be wearing my coat.

As of February 15, capacity limits at fitness centers has ended. Mask mandate remains in place as does proof of vaccine. Feel free to book appointments at my clinic and remember I do direct billings through most insurance programs. I look forward to continue to stay safe as we near the end of difficult times.

My clinic is slowly getting back to more normal in 2022. Keep in mind we are still seeing too high hospital numbers so masks and other mandates are still in place for fitness centers and public places. We are almost there and my workplace is ensuring that even as things are improving, we are being cautious about not letting anyone taking hasty risks. Call me or message me here about schedules. My old Facebook account is deleted. I still have Messenger for booking so feel free to use. I have created a blank account called Dobbin John since it wouldn't allow to me to just delete a personal account without also deleting the business account. Tricky that. However, I won't be interacting on that account. For friends or family here, I will reach out directly more. And don't hesitate to reach out yourself. After 17 years, it was time. The difficulty of having a personal account has been growing and it made sense to do this now. Don't let it be an appraisal of your own use of social media. With businesses to run and after two emotional and difficult years, I'd like to have a more direct relationship with people. And will do so.
