🧑‍🍳 TURKEY COCKTAIL MEATBALLS
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1⁄2 lbs. (.680 kg) ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup panko or bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1/3 cup finely diced green onion
SAUCE:
1/3 cup Apricot Maple & Sweet
Pepper Jelly
1/3 cup Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10x15 inch baking sheet with olive oil and place it in the oven while preheating. In a medium bowl, mix together ground turkey, seasonings, egg, and bread crumbs (or panko). Form into 1-inch balls. Place about 1 inch apart in the hot baking pan. Bake for 12 minutes
in the preheated oven, turn them over, and continue baking for about 5 more minutes, or until somewhat crispy on the outside. Serve with sauce.

🎉 Let’s celebrate National Brownie Day in festive style! 🎄 Treat yourself to our delicious Holiday Brownie Dessert—a perfect blend of rich chocolate and seasonal flair.

😋 HOLIDAY BROWNIE DESSERT 🍫🎄
1 pkg. Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix
½ cup butter, melted
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. water
Hot fudge sauce
Vanilla ice cream
Raspberries
Fresh mint
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray the bottom of an 8" x 8" baking pan. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; stir until moist. Spread batter in baking pan, filling corners. Bake for 25-28 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before serving. Cut into squares, place on a dessert plate and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.

🧑‍🍳 Shrimp & Pasta Dinner in under 30 minutes
Linguine
14 medium/large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
3 Tbsp. butter, divided
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
2 tsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
2 tsp. Oh! So Garlic
Meyer Lemon Infused Olive Oil

Sauce:
1 cup cream
1/3 cup white wine
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. YGY Easy Eats Roasted Garlic Aioli Seasoning
2 tsp. Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lemon
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Prepare the sauce by combining all ingredients in a small pot, simmer on low for 15 minutes while pasta is cooking. In a large pot of boiling water, add salt and linguine and cook according to package directions. When pasta is almost done, heat 2 tablespoons butter in a fry pan over medium heat and add shrimp seasoned with Mango Chili Lime Seasoning and Sunset Seasoned Salt. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and add 2 teaspoons Oh! So Garlic to hydrate, set aside. When pasta is cooked to your liking, drain and toss with hydrated garlic/butter mixture. Plate, add sauce and shrimp plus additional grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of Meyer Lemon Infused Olive Oil. Enjoy!!
