I have been helping people through Alternative and Complementary Medicine since 1992. Integral Health System: Your Path to Optimal Wellness.

I am continually inspired by the body's incredible ability to heal and transform when we integrate the mind, emotions, and physical body. Are you looking for massage? Let me tell you there is a specific type of massage from Chinese Medicine, there is a special therapeutic massage called Tuina (推拿).

This millennial practice, developed over 2,000 years ago, is more than just relaxation — it’s a healing art. Tuina works on the same principles as Yin & Yang balance and the Five Elements Theory, meaning it sees the body as an interconnected system rather than isolated parts.

Through rhythmic movements, acupressure, and stretching techniques, Tuina helps to:

I was in the 55 Plus Pickleball games, was amazing see all this people from 55 to 70 years old enjoying the sport. Amazing rallies, good friends, nice facility.

Here some of the benefits related with physical activity

Staying active through sports or physical activities has many benefits for your body and mind. When you move your body, you help your heart stay strong and improve your blood circulation. Regular activity also keeps your muscles, joints, and bones healthy, which is important as you get older.

Doing sports like pickleball, swimming, or even walking can help you maintain a healthy weight, lower your risk of diabetes, and reduce high blood pressure. Exercise also boosts your immune system, so you may get sick less often.
