Activating our brains on a regular basis helps improve our lives. A healthy brain is closely linked to healthy food. We can form thousands of new neural connections — and keep those connections active. At the same time, the age-old phrase “use it or lose it” is true.

If we don’t use or stimulate certain neural pathways, we gradually lose them. For example, we can improve our compassion by practicing it more frequently — and the opposite is also true: neglecting compassion can weaken it.

Consistent practice makes achievement easier.

Set a daily goal, write it down, and at the end of the day mark whether you achieved it. The goal could be something as simple as “drink four glasses of water” or “call Mom,” but it counts as brain training. More consistent practice will help you reach more of your goals over time.

I was in the 55 Plus Pickleball games, was amazing see all this people from 55 to 70 years old enjoying the sport. Amazing rallies, good friends, nice facility.
And this event has different sports.

Here some of the benefits related with physical activity

Staying active through sports or physical activities has many benefits for your body and mind. When you move your body, you help your heart stay strong and improve your blood circulation. Regular activity also keeps your muscles, joints, and bones healthy, which is important as you get older.
