Since the start of her practice over 10 years ago, Jamie has always had the longing for more learning and the desire to go deeper in yogic studies. With, hundreds of hours invested in her own practice and over 500hrs in training's and workshops she still kept searching for the missing peace in her heart. Then, she was introduced to and was inspired by the ashtanga yoga practice. Jamie felt like she had arrived home and began practicing ashtanga. She is devoted to the practice and is trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, 200hr. Jamie weaves her knowledge from her various yoga trainings, her own life experience, and the ashtanga method into her teaching to guide her students along their personal path. Her calm, guiding style in the classroom favours both beginners and experienced yogis alike. She has a passion for sharing her yoga journey with others and hopes to help many people come closer to their true nature and connect to the infinite potential within.
