Check your health plans for any changes! We represent a lot of associations here at FGW with practitioners that are covered under athletic therapy, massage, counselling and occupational therapy.

Where we started 2025 vs where we are now

Thank you to everyone who supported FGW in 2025! January 1, 2025 all we had was a vision and some studs in place that somewhat resembled it.

January 1, 2026 we have full walls, filled with staff and clients that make FGW warm and welcoming.

A little extra note from Ashley:
I am thankful for all the FGW staff who helped my dreams come to life in 2025. I couldn't have done it without you. And to the clients who trusted us with your care-thank you. As I reflect on 2025, I am grateful to everyone who supported my dream. I wish you all the very best in 2026 and cannot wait to see all of you grow and thrive this year!
