A reminder from your massage therapist 👋
Your body doesn’t work on an insurance calendar.
Waiting until the end of the year to “use it all up” often leads to rushed appointments and less effective care. Research shows the body responds best to consistent massage, not last-minute cramming.
General guidelines:
• Acute pain or injury: 1x/week for a short period
• Chronic pain or high stress: every 2–4 weeks
• Maintenance & prevention: every 4–6 weeks
Spacing your sessions throughout the year supports recovery, nervous system regulation, and long-term pain relief.
Think consistency, not urgency 💆♀️
