Our Wednesday night Vinyasa with Jeremy will be moving earlier in the evening to 7:00pm starting October 29th.

Vinyasa yoga is an active form of yoga, which synchronizes breathing and movement. Using a graceful and uninterrupted stream of asanas, students learn to listen to and respect their own body’s needs. Throughout the series, ujjayi breathing is practiced helping to create a meditative state. This complete meditative workout both stretches and strengthens every part of the body.

If the new time on Wednesday doesn't fit your schedule we offer Vinyasa through out the week, in studio, online live and as a rebroadcast.
