Learning Opportunity with Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy!

This event will feature gentle chair yoga to soothe your body and mind. Following the session, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) will share valuable insights into lymphedema. This is a perfect opportunity to learn and connect with our supportive community.

No experience required! - Modifications and suggestions will be provided so that those with reduced mobility or experience can feel comfortable following along.

The Lymphedema/ Lipedema Support Group will meet this coming Monday, October 21 from 7:00- 8:00pm via Zoom. Meetings are normally held on the third Monday of each month from 7:00-8:00 pm.

Our AGM was a success! 🥳

We are ecstatic to announce our first ever Edith Mulhall Education Bursary recipient! Andre Lavoie, congratulations and best of luck in your upcoming course! We can’t wait to have even more CLTs in our province really soon!

We were also excited to have Rachelle Schott (Kildonan River-East MLA) in attendance and talk about our latest meeting with the Manitoban Health Minister. We thank you for your support and getting us into the Legislature Building. The future is looking hopeful!

Thank you to all our members that were able to make it out to our first in person AGM since COVID, it was a pleasure to see everyone’s faces and have engaging conversations with all!

LAM was at the Legislature building today and had an amazing meeting with Health Minister

We felt seen and heard as we delivered our proposal for better care for ALL patients with Lymphedema and are excited to work with the Health Minister towards a brighter future 🦋
