Yes. It’s hard being a parent and bridging our desire to protect our children from tough situations, but exposing them and helping them manage through the challenges is what builds resilience and strength.

Positive psychology explores the science of happiness and how emotions, thoughts, and relationships shape wellbeing.

Engaging in meaningful activities, being grateful, forging social connections, and being mindful can boost happiness and resilience. There will always be challenges in life, but they can also serve as a catalyst for growth.

For additional guidance, speak to a mental health professional.

What if instead of looking at your child as rude defiant oppositional forgetful you looked at them as a work in progress . What if instead of looking at them for all that they can’t you saw them for all that they could? What if you stop listening to all the bs about adhd and saw your child for who they truly are ? Welcome to week one of my program where we stop thinking our kids are these labels and start seeing them for who they truly are . ADHD is part of their story but is not their story . Now I am going to give you research based data to show you that those labels are bs. I am going to show you that they are not a behaviour problem because actions talk louder than words . So if you are ready for action . Ready to learn how to support your child then you are ready for Bootcamp . Drop Bootcamp below .adhd doesn’t come with a parenting manual which is why I created one called Bootcamp because reading is not doing , listening and being accountable that is doing .
