Check out this 90 day postpartum transformation from Coach Lexie and her client Desiree!

When Desiree came to Lexie, she was newly postpartum and struggling in her body after having two kids within the past couple years. She was running on fumes, eating tons of processed foods, nursing her little one and confused about how to train and eat for her goals while raising two little kids.

Desiree ultimately lost 30 lbs, all while never eating less than 2400 calories a day. They focused on effective strength training to build and maintain muscle paired with high protein, whole foods, and nutrient-dense meals that fuelled both her breastfeeding and her body composition goals. Even better? Desiree achieved her transformation alongside her husband who worked with Coach Anthony to achieve his own crazy transformation. Now, Desiree is stronger, leaner, full of energy, and ready to tackle her next phase of body composition goals.

Lexie says: “Desiree is a dream client - a busy mom of two who’s not afraid to lift heavy, fuel her body properly and show her little girls what using fitness as self care really is all about. I’m so proud of her progress and can’t wait to see her crush a lean building phase next.”

Lana says:
"When Brianne started in February 2025, we didn't rush fat loss.
We built her foundation first by doing a primer phase, locking in her daily habits and routines,
and making sure her hormones and metabolism were ready for fat loss.

Because sustainable results require strategy - not shortcuts!

She ultimately dropped an incredible 140 lbs.
But here's the part most people miss...

She's now in a reverse diet eating close to 2,500 calories - and maintaining her results!!!

After losing 140 lbs, she is fuelling her body, building strength, supporting her metabolism, and living life without fear of food.

THAT is what real transformation looks like.

"I reached out to Lana in Feb of 2025 as she was recommended to me by a friend, and I had decided I needed help getting to my goal. I had already lost some weight after having my second daughter but couldn’t get the number on the scale to come down and stay down. I was doing HIIT classes and cardio.

Lana gave me meal plans and workouts and we stayed in a primer phase for a while. It took me quite a bit of time to stick to the meal plans- when I did, the weight started coming off. We switched to a fat loss phase in sept and I lost even more. I’m now in a reverse diet and have lost over 40 pounds with Lana in the last year. I’m smaller but also stronger than I have ever been.
