Check out this 90 day postpartum transformation from Coach Lexie and her client Desiree!
When Desiree came to Lexie, she was newly postpartum and struggling in her body after having two kids within the past couple years. She was running on fumes, eating tons of processed foods, nursing her little one and confused about how to train and eat for her goals while raising two little kids.
Desiree ultimately lost 30 lbs, all while never eating less than 2400 calories a day. They focused on effective strength training to build and maintain muscle paired with high protein, whole foods, and nutrient-dense meals that fuelled both her breastfeeding and her body composition goals. Even better? Desiree achieved her transformation alongside her husband who worked with Coach Anthony to achieve his own crazy transformation. Now, Desiree is stronger, leaner, full of energy, and ready to tackle her next phase of body composition goals.
