Coming in for your first appointment at Heartland? We can't wait to meet you! Here are 5 ways to prepare for your first visit:

1️⃣ Review the welcome email sent by our care team for specific instructions relating to your appointment
2️⃣ Submit the required information for yourself, and your partner if applicable
3️⃣ If you have had fertility testing done previously, ask your doctor to forward copies of the documents to our clinic
4️⃣ Review your health insurance coverage and the provincial tax credits/publicly-funded programs for fertility treatments
5️⃣ Write down your questions for the doctor to make sure you get all the answers you need
