Each suite offers a spacious bathroom, a modified kitchenette with microwave and apartment size fridge, window blinds, and a heating and air conditioning unit. In combination with the rental of their suite, each resident also receives the following services in their rental package:

• Victoria Lifeline call button in-house responders
• Property & liability insurance
• Basic cable television
• Access to a variety of leisure activities, most of which are offered at no charge

Supportive Housing Program
Riverside Lions Seniors Residences offers 48 studio-sized supportive housing suites. Each suite offers a walk in shower, window coverings, and a heating and air conditioning unit. Each supportive housing floor is staffed 24 hours a day by supportive housing companion staff members who are committed to excellence and to caring. In combination with the rental of their suite, each resident also receives the following services in their rental package:
