This past weekend, BHF residents enjoyed a refreshing day at FortWhyte Alive, where they had the opportunity to canoe, kayak, fish, and explore the natural trails.

Outings like this are more than just time outdoors—they're an important part of the recovery journey. They help foster a sense of community, encourage connection with nature and others, and create space for healthy, meaningful experiences.

At BHF, we believe that recovery isn’t just about what happens inside—it’s also about rediscovering joy, building relationships, and creating new, positive memories.

🚲 Donations Needed: Bicycles & Dressers 🛏️

We’re reaching out to our wonderful community for donations of gently used bicycles and dressers. These items will help individuals and families in need who are striving to improve their daily lives. Your generosity can make a huge difference!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Bicycles (all sizes – whether in great condition or need minor repairs)
Dressers (any size or style)
If you have any of these items that you’re no longer using and would like to donate, please reach out! We can arrange for pick-up or provide drop-off details.
