Henderson Physiotherapy is located conveniently on Henderson Highway midway between downtown and the perimeter. We treat a wide range of injuries and conditions with an attentive, hands-on, and activity based approach. Direct billing to most major insurance companies, WCB, MPI, DND, and DVA is available. Our Mission is to provide quality, evidence based service with an active, attentive, and hands-on approach. We are dedicated to empower our clients to regain their quality of life and optimal state of health.

Thank you to for inviting us out to try their new Isophit training classes! Our team enjoyed a 30min low-impact workout. We felt the challenge and can see what the benefits isometric strengthening can bring inside and outside of the physio space. Help us welcome our New Physiotherapist - Exam Candidate Jess! Jess is accepting new patients and is keen to be able to share her expertise to help you with your injuries.

Jess graduated from Bond University in Australia (2024) with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC  (2021).

She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and takes a holistic, individualized approach to care. Jess is passionate about supporting people in restoring movement, building confidence, and returning to the activities they love.

Jess likes to stay active with weight training, hiking, swimming, and exploring new fitness classes.

Doctor of Physiotherapy (Bond University)

Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Simon Fraser University)
