15 years of hosting culinary adventures in Italy with your own personal Chef & Guide. One who knows the whole country intimately.

My favorite places, markets, restaurants and people. Cooking classes, cultural explorations and food journeys. I host all-inclusive tours of Italy for groups of up to eight . Four couples or groups of friends or co-workers. I have travelled in Italy extensively since 2006 and have discovered a treasure trove of locations from Campania to the Veneto that are my personal favourites - inspired restaurants, historical cities overlooked by the guidebooks, magnificent markets, and unsurpassed wineries that have supplied my restaurant in years past. We only stay in castles and villas- we cook together and dine together, and I show you the Italy I LOVE.

BILLETS and GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS NEEDED FOR DEVOUR!

Have you got a private room, nanny suite, guest house, cottage or other unique spot in or near Wolfville? We are looking for housing for our visiting celebrity chefs, filmmakers and delegates in return for Festival access depending upon how much you can offer. We need to house about 30 people in the area so we can leave hotel and inn rooms for visitors to the festival.
This years dates are October 21-27.
