Each day, whether we realize it or not, a quiet battle unfolds within us. A battle between fear and love, shadow and light.
The Cherokee Legend speaks of this through The Tale of Two Wolves. One walks with the spirit of peace and that heals, the other with the weight of pain and that harms.
It’s a reminder that the path we walk is shaped by the energy we choose to feed.
Let today be the day that you choose to feed the wolf of love, peace and light within.

As we gather in the warmth of family and community, our hearts are filled with deep gratitude for each person who has trusted us to walk beside them, to hold space and to be part of their healing journey in our personal work, private services, event’s and ceremonies.
This Thanksgiving, we honour not only the hands we hold around the table, but also the unseen one. The Angels, the Ancestors, the Guides and Pachamama herself who continue to nurture, protect and remind us that we are never walking alone.
To our beautiful Tribe Called Blessed community, Thank You for allowing us to serve, to listen and to grow with you. Your courage, your stories and your light are the heartbeat of our work.

ON WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY, REPEAT THIS FOR INNER PEACE.
I honour the light and the shadow within me,
for both are my teachers.
When my mind feels heavy and my heart uncertain, may I remember that the universe is still guiding me.
I do not walk alone. I ROOT like Earth, BREATHE like WIND, FLOW like WATER and RISE like FIRE.
Even in moments of doubt or despair, I trust that healing moves quietly through me, restoring peace, one breath and heartbeat at a time.
I have a passion and purpose within me that is unique and needed. And so I rise, every time.

FULL HUNTER’S MOON
In addition to planning for the winter months coming, this HUNTER’S MOON calls us to turn inward and seek alone time, to find balance, dig deep for patience and to set goals that involve spiritual advancement and self care rituals. Our hearts and souls are longing for growth and transformation on a spirituat level, which requires a deep shedding of the past, our buried traumas and disappointment.

WELCOME OCTOBER 🪶
As October arrives, I allow myself to turn over a new leaf. Just as the trees release what no longer serves them, I let go of what I have been holding onto.
I honour my past, but I choose to no longer carry its weight. Instead, I am ready to make space for fresh beginnings.
The crisp autumn air reminds me that change is natural, necessary and sacred.
With each breath, I root into Mother Earth, trusting her to hold me steady as I step into renewal.
This month, I choose to release, I choose to take a sacred pause, I choose to find more balance and I choose to walk forward lighter, freer and open to what is waiting ahead. Amen. Aho. And so it is.”

Sister Mediums- We often get asked how we got to this point, when it all started and what plans we have for the future. It’s all listed here. We are sisters- 5 years apart in age. We often joke about Daniela being the older one but truly we are more like twins for obvious reasons. We finish each other’s sentences, we know what each other is thinking and and its something really incredible when Spirit speaks to us at the same time.
We have always been extremely intuitive, our gifts have been present since childhood. However, it wasn’t until we experienced an extreme amount of loss in our lives that our spiritual gifts began to truly awaken. We answered the call and through meditation classes, psychic development, mediumship and healing courses as well as our Reiki, Angel and Shamanistic studies, we have built a relationship with our Guides, Angels and Spirit, far greater than either of us could have ever imagined. We are forever students, always investing in our Spiritual Journey and have acknowledged that the gifts we have been presented with are far too great not to share.
Since 2010, we have committed to not only continuing the healing journey for ourselves but to help others on their healing journey too. Through Energy & Hands On Healing, Reiki and Munay Ki attunements, our Mediumship, Teaching and Mentorship and Intuitive Guidance, WE have become SISTER MEDIUMS. We serve spirit & have built a connection with our clients and their loved ones; we raise awareness in the community that spirit continues their journey alongside you, just in a different form and that healing IS possible after grief.
Sister Mediums Healing Studio offers a variety of personal services as well as seminars, workshops & monthly group healing events. We always lead with prayer and healing and follow with protection, we promote understanding and teaching. Whether it be a one on one service or seeing us together, we are here to aid, guide, provide support and expand your healing journey.
