I step into September with gratitude, embracing the harvest of my efforts and the lessons of the year so far. As the seasons shift, I honor what has grown, release what no longer serves and carry forward only what nourishes my spirit. The final quarter of this year is before me and while I pause to take inventory of my life, I know there is still work to do. I walk with pride for how far I’ve come and with excitement for all that is yet to unfold for me. Amen. Aho. And so it is.

🌾FULL HARVEST MOON 🌾
A time of blessings, appreciation, gathering and preparation.
For over 6years now we’ve been hosting monthly Full Moon Healing ceremonies and this has become a Sister Mediums signature ceremonial event.
Some of the things that participants have come to take part in include; ritual, guided meditation, sound bath, hands on healing, letter writing and fire release.
We come together in community bridging different healing modalities including the Four Directions of Shamanism, the Four Elements of earth, wind, air and fire, as well as the Four Medicines of the Medicine Wheel.

WHAT’S A FAVOURITE MEMORY YOU HOLD IN YOUR HEART? ⬇️
As we wrap up these last weeks of summer, let’s pause for those who are missing someone they love.
What is a favourite memory you hold with a family member who is no longer here with you?
Summer is a season of sunshine, travel and laughter and If you’re missing a loved one while the world feels full of vacations and celebration, please know your grief is valid as it can also carry a quiet ache when someone we love is missing.
It’s okay to feel joy and sadness in the same breath. Grief often walks alongside the “to do list” and continuing forward is part of the healing journey.
Today, let’s hold space for your memories, your love and your healing.
You are not alone. We walk with you. 🪽

Sometimes the hardest boundaries to set are with the people we care about most — friends, family, loved ones. But remember: boundaries are not walls to shut people out, they are bridges that teach others how to meet us in a space of mutual respect.
Setting boundaries protects your energy, preserves your peace, and allows your relationships to grow in healthy ways. If you feel guilt rise up, remind yourself — honoring your needs is not selfish, it’s sacred.
Love yourself enough to say, “This is where I stand.”

Today on Pachamama Day, I welcome Mother Earth and the Gifts of Late Summer.
I root down with gratitude and
I rise up with grace. Mother Earth, hold me steady as I walk into this sacred month.
May all that is good rise from the soil beneath me. Abundance, healing, blessings, clarity, and calm.
I welcome the golden sun light of August, the harvest of my intentions and the warmth that lingers in the late summer breeze.
I am grounded, I am guided and everyday I am growing. I not behind but each day one step forward, ahead of yesterday.
Bless me, my thoughts, my fears and all that is unfolding within me.

Sister Mediums- We often get asked how we got to this point, when it all started and what plans we have for the future. It’s all listed here. We are sisters- 5 years apart in age. We often joke about Daniela being the older one but truly we are more like twins for obvious reasons. We finish each other’s sentences, we know what each other is thinking and and its something really incredible when Spirit speaks to us at the same time.
We have always been extremely intuitive, our gifts have been present since childhood. However, it wasn’t until we experienced an extreme amount of loss in our lives that our spiritual gifts began to truly awaken. We answered the call and through meditation classes, psychic development, mediumship and healing courses as well as our Reiki, Angel and Shamanistic studies, we have built a relationship with our Guides, Angels and Spirit, far greater than either of us could have ever imagined. We are forever students, always investing in our Spiritual Journey and have acknowledged that the gifts we have been presented with are far too great not to share.
Since 2010, we have committed to not only continuing the healing journey for ourselves but to help others on their healing journey too. Through Energy & Hands On Healing, Reiki and Munay Ki attunements, our Mediumship, Teaching and Mentorship and Intuitive Guidance, WE have become SISTER MEDIUMS. We serve spirit & have built a connection with our clients and their loved ones; we raise awareness in the community that spirit continues their journey alongside you, just in a different form and that healing IS possible after grief.
Sister Mediums Healing Studio offers a variety of personal services as well as seminars, workshops & monthly group healing events. We always lead with prayer and healing and follow with protection, we promote understanding and teaching. Whether it be a one on one service or seeing us together, we are here to aid, guide, provide support and expand your healing journey.
