As we step into February, let’s pause to invite patience with ourselves and with the world around us.

I acknowledge the challenges I face, knowing they carry lessons I may not yet see.
I trust that movement is fluid, that healing and growth are quietly untolding and that each step forward, no matter how small matters.
I open my heart to clarity, courage and new beginnings. I walk this month grounded in Mother Earth, guided by Spirit and supported by the wisdom of my own journey.
All is unfolding as it should and I am ready to move with it.

Boundaries are addressed when we pause to notice where our time, attention and care are flowing.
ASK YOURSELF:
What nourishes you?
What quietly asks more than it gives?
A life review doesn’t ask for judgment,
only honesty.
From awareness, adjustments become natural.
From clarity, balance returns.
Choose where your energy lives. Setting boundaries isn’t selfish, it’s an act of self respect and not everyone deserves your time, energy or attention the way they command it.
Always remember to listen and be gentle with yourself first. This is what it means to protect your sacred energy. 🖤

Following our first SHAMANIC CACAO CEREMONY of the year, we are each reminded of the power of stillness.
To slow down.
To be gentle with ourselves.
To allow space for not always doing and to honour rest as truly something sacred.
We are also called into accountability
for who we walk with,
how we walk,
how we show up,
how we serve.
☕️Ceremonial cacao, a medicine of the heart, nourishes the living flow within each of us,
the fluid breath moving through our lungs,
the rhythm pulsing through our bodies, keeping us alive and connected to the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
May we each walk forward grounded, present and in ayni, (right relationship) most importantly, with ourselves first.

Sister Mediums- We often get asked how we got to this point, when it all started and what plans we have for the future. It’s all listed here. We are sisters- 5 years apart in age. We often joke about Daniela being the older one but truly we are more like twins for obvious reasons. We finish each other’s sentences, we know what each other is thinking and and its something really incredible when Spirit speaks to us at the same time.
We have always been extremely intuitive, our gifts have been present since childhood. However, it wasn’t until we experienced an extreme amount of loss in our lives that our spiritual gifts began to truly awaken. We answered the call and through meditation classes, psychic development, mediumship and healing courses as well as our Reiki, Angel and Shamanistic studies, we have built a relationship with our Guides, Angels and Spirit, far greater than either of us could have ever imagined. We are forever students, always investing in our Spiritual Journey and have acknowledged that the gifts we have been presented with are far too great not to share.
Since 2010, we have committed to not only continuing the healing journey for ourselves but to help others on their healing journey too. Through Energy & Hands On Healing, Reiki and Munay Ki attunements, our Mediumship, Teaching and Mentorship and Intuitive Guidance, WE have become SISTER MEDIUMS. We serve spirit & have built a connection with our clients and their loved ones; we raise awareness in the community that spirit continues their journey alongside you, just in a different form and that healing IS possible after grief.
Sister Mediums Healing Studio offers a variety of personal services as well as seminars, workshops & monthly group healing events. We always lead with prayer and healing and follow with protection, we promote understanding and teaching. Whether it be a one on one service or seeing us together, we are here to aid, guide, provide support and expand your healing journey.
