Stand on one leg on the BOSU ball and keep your balance while engaging your core.

This exercise improves ankle stability, coordination, and overall balance. Start with 20–30 seconds and progress by adding arm movements or light passes with a ball.

Your posture when you’re “relaxing” matters more than you think 👀

Hours spent hunched over your phone, or leaning forward at your desk can slowly build tension in your neck, shoulders, and lower back.

The good news? Small posture tweaks can make a big difference.
