What is massage therapy?
It is a therapeutic practice that involves the manipulation of muscles and soft tissues to promote relaxation, alleviate tension, and enhance overall well-being. Techniques such as kneading, stroking, and stretching work to improve circulation, ease muscle stiffness, and support recovery from injuries. Massage can reduce stress and anxiety, promote better sleep, and enhance flexibility and range of motion. Various styles, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports therapy, can be tailored to individual needs for optimal results.
