The Secret Order of Facial Lifting: Why the Eyes Come Last !?
In this short video, you can see exactly which muscles I am working on:
Frontalis, Temporalis, Procerus, Depressor Supercilii, Orbicularis Oculi, and Nasalis.
To safely release tension in this delicate area, it is very important to follow the correct sequence. I always begin by warming up the trapezius, décolleté, lower face, and central facial muscles. Once the tension in these areas is softened, I gradually move upward toward the upper face.
Only after the entire facial structure is properly prepared do I begin working around the eye area.
This step-by-step approach is essential. If the eye area is treated too early, swelling can occur, because the surrounding tissues and lymphatic pathways have not yet been properly activated.
Facial rejuvenation is not just about working on wrinkles — it is about understanding the anatomy, releasing deep muscular tension, and restoring natural circulation and balance in the face.
✨ When the muscles relax, the face lifts naturally.
