It’s Monday! You know what that means!
Next up in reintroducing our lovely team, Ashlyn, RMT

- I lived in cottage country Muskoka up until I started at essential
- I enjoy longboarding and rollerblading in the summer
- I recently taught myself how to crochet
- I love sushi 🍣
- I grew up riding horses 🐎

My treatment style is medium to heavy-handed, with a focus on getting to the root of the issue rather than just providing short-term relief. I’m especially passionate about chronic ailments and post-injury care, and I always aim to give my clients the tools and support they need inside and outside of the treatment room. Seeing real progress over time is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do — it’s what keeps me inspired and constantly learning.

- first attended CMCC when I was 4 days old, and returned 24 years later
- recently started making her own iced tea

- she does a mix of manual and active care. Dr. Elyse loves working with athletes of all kinds, expecting moms, and people who are trying to make life changes. She believes in healthy active living and strive to educate those around me on the importance of approaching health from a mind body and spirit standpoint. Also she loves treating headaches, hips and jaws. And weird injuries! lol

2) Ran 9 marathons in my life, currently training for ten
