When you do the thing, you will get the energy to do the thing!!

See, the thing is your mind will come up with MILLIONS of excuses for you to NOT do what you KNOW you need to do,

👏 DO IT ANYWAY!!

When you are working towards a NEW outcome in your reality,
You have to show up in a NEW way!

The old excuses just won’t cut it anymore! 🙅🏼‍♀️

((They are what keep you in the same place!!))

The fear of judgement from others is genuinely the BIGGEST crippler we all have as humans!! 💯

🤔 Let’s be real here,

You say things like:
I really want to do this business venture…but what will they think or say if I fail! 😣

I really want to move here or there…but this person will be upset with me if I do!
😤

I really want to invest in XYZ because I know it will propel me forward… but what if it doesn’t prosper! They will likely say nasty things about me! 🤫

I really want to quit my corporate job and live in my purpose… but SO many other people have told me their horror fail stories! If I fail, they will do the “I told you so” dance 🙈

Being afraid of what others will say, do or think will stop you EVERY TIME when you want to create different!

HOWEVER, want to know a secret…

It’s NOT TRUE!

These fears are limitations your mind is throwing at you to discourage growth and keep you where you are!
((Because where you are is safe and predictable!))

Letting go of this fear can be a challenge!
But working with the right coach will help you SIGNIFICANTLY in quicker progress!

You CAN do it on your own!
(I know because I did!)

But it’s SO MUCH easier and quicker when you have the accountability and direction of a coach to help you along!
(ESPECIALLY when it is a coach who has already been down that path)
