Throw back to 2021 when I travelled to the Stretch to Win headquarters in Chandler Arizona to obtain my Level 3 Fascial Stretch Specialist certification.

When I first started as a Fascial Stretch Therapy provider 8 years ago there were three different levels (levels 1 & 2 were taught in Canada and Arizona and level 3 was only available in Arizona), however this past year they began teaching levels 1-3 throughout the world and added a 4th level only taught in Arizona. At the time I received my level 3 designation there were less than 1000 level 3 certified practitioners world wide! Each level of FST teaches you new and exciting things.

As a Level 3 provider I am well versed in the following:

Mastery of Fascial Nets: a deeper understanding of the entire fascial system and its role in movement, stability, and function.

Advanced Integration Techniques: able to simultaneously and rapidly connect assessments and stretching techniques combining all previous levels of FST, creating a holistic, individual approach for each client.

Client-Specific Protocols: Develop personalized treatment plans for a multitude of conditions, using advanced techniques and assessments.

If you bought eclipse glasses from us (hologramz) you can return them for $1 off your big bag of popcorn ( butter or flavoured)
And we will donate them to an organization collecting them for kids in South America who will see an eclipse in August.

ALL DRESSED UP 2024 (formerly known as Gals & Gowns)
Originated by the OPP & Woodstock Police Services is now hosted by Hi-Way Pentecostal Church in Ingersoll since 2022.

If you are graduating from Grade 8 or going to the High School Prom or maybe there is an occasion or event that you will need formal or semi-formal attire. Purchasing clothing for these events can be very expensive. This event is FREE and we have hundreds of gently used and new prom dresses, as well as dresses for those special occasions such as a wedding, mother of the bride, bridesmaids or any special event. We welcome you to come and see if there is a dress just for you! We are also expanding our selection to include men’s suits, dress pants, etc. At present there is a limited supply of men’s clothing, but we are hoping in the near future to have more available.

This FREE event will be held at the Ingersoll Services For Seniors Centre, 250 Ingersoll St. S. Ingersoll, Ontario. Friday April 12 from 6 – 9 pm & Saturday April 13 from 9 am – 3 pm.

We are also looking for donations of gently used or new dresses, shoes, jewellery and men’s suits, dress shirts and pants, etc. Donations can be dropped off at Hi-Way Pentecostal Church Ingersoll, 584118 Beachville Rd, Ingersoll or call 519-485-0961.

We're welcoming a new member to the WPS K9 Unit and we want the community to help us find our new Police Service Dog's name.

About Woodstock Police Service’s newest K-9:
Our new dog is a male German Shepherd who was born in the Netherlands, but came to us from Tri-State Canine in Ohio. He just turned 2-years-old on October 20. He is very active, highly motivated to work and is certified in general patrol.
