Get ready ladies because Womens Wellness Night is back!!! 😍🥳
Join us on Thursday, Sept 25th from 6:30-8pm at the Woodstock Weselyan Church in Jacksonville as we learn how to make homemade SALSA from scratch! Yum!! You will get to taste, prep, cook, can and take home your own jar of salsa. Registration is mandatory so please register at www.vfrc.ca

**CHILDCARE** - Going forward we will have limited spaces available for children ages 0-6 years. We would love to keep these spots open for those who have no other childcare options. If you choose to bring an infant that is 6 months of age or younger they will need to remain with you during the evening.

The VFRC is hosting a FREE car seat clinic on Saturday September 27th from 9am-12pm. We will have a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician on site to help ensure your child's car seat is installed correctly and safely. This service is open to all families. ✨Jumping Beans- A fun and active program for parents/caregivers and their children 0-6 where they can move, play, and burn off some energy while building important motor skills.
👶Baby Chat- A cozy time for parents/caregivers and babies 0-9 months to connect, learn, share experiences, and celebrate those early milestones together!
👧Baby Play- A relaxed playgroup designed for parents/caregivers and their children 0-18 months to explore, build early skills and enjoy social time.
