Sarah is a wife to Dan and a proud mom of four amazing girls who inspire her every single day. As a mother, she believes deeply in showing her daughters — and every student — that all bodies, in every shape and size, are powerful, worthy, and full of value. Yoga is her way of helping others discover that inner strength and self-connection.

After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023, Sarah fell in love with guiding Light Flow and Yin practices that blend gentle movement, mindful breath, and soothing stillness. She loves exploring the power within her own body — the strength, softness, and gratitude for all the gifts our bodies offer us. Her classes invite you to slow down, listen inward, and celebrate what your body can do.

Outside the studio, Sarah channels her creativity into Simply Painted, her successful interior and exterior painting business — because she believes beauty can be created both in our homes and within ourselves.

Warm, fun, and welcoming, Sarah’s classes are a space where every body is seen, supported, and encouraged to move, breathe, smile, and rediscover the power that already lives within.
