With many people making resolutions for the new year, I would like to remind you that our growth continues all year!

With each full moon, we get the chance to release that which no longer serves us. It makes way for new beginnings.

Be willing to accept harsh realities. See the true colours of who and what's in front of you. You cannot grow if you continue to settle.
