This week we joined United Way Oxford and panel members from Woodstock Hospital, Oxford County Community Health Centre, and CMHA Thames Valley for a conversation series about the Oxford HART Hub.

This was a great opportunity to share more about the HART Hub, how it works, services offered, and how to access the supports.

Stop by one of three locations for a snack, a drink, and an evening of networking, with all donations staying in the community where they were donated. Admission is by donation of menstrual health products. Can't wait to see you there!

➡️ Best U Health Expo at the Southgate Centre in Woodstock. OHT members will have a booth to share our Aging Well resources, and Palliative Care Clinical Coach, Diane, will be presenting on palliative care in the afternoon.

➡️ Career Expo at the Oxford Auditorium - join us to learn about volunteer opportunities as a community advisor and student placements.

📅 March 28th from 11am - 3pm

Did You Know: The Oxford HART Hub offers outpatient mental health and addiction programming for adults 18 and older, including group therapy sessions.

If you or someone you care about is struggling with mental health, addictions, or homelessness, help is available. Call 519-537-2382 at any time. A HART Hub Team member will listen, answer your questions, and connect you with the right care pathway.

If so, here's where you can access care in the meantime: If you live in Oxford County, you can make an appointment at the Tillsonburg Unattached Care Clinic. The clinic provides scheduled, pre-booked appointments for a range of non-emergency health concerns, free with your valid health card.
