Once your online registration form is received and processed, you will receive an email with next steps, including booking your required preprogram intake assessment.

Intake assessments are mandatory for program acceptance and are completed virtually with one of the program leaders. They typically take 30 - 45 minutes to complete.

If you do not receive an email notification within 3 business days of submitting your registration form, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

PROGRAM RETURNING IN 2026!

🧘‍♀️We're excited to share that Carrie Bergen-Geisel (For the Love of Movement) is returning in April to guide participants through a gentle, 4-week restorative yoga series designed to help you breathe, recharge, and reconnect, all from the comfort of your own home.

The virtual yoga series will be provided free of charge, and will be open to brain injury survivors, and the caregivers and health care providers who support survivors through their recovery journey. A link to register will be provided when registration opens. Stay tuned!

Today is . Rowan Stringer was a high school rugby player who passed away in 2013 after acquiring multiple concussions over 6 days.

Rowan's Law Day is commemorated annually on the last Wednesday of September in Ontario to honour her memory and bring awareness to concussions and concussion safety.
