This isn’t a post I ever wanted to write, but it’s one I’ve had to make for my own well-being. I never imagined I’d have to explain changes like this, but life sometimes pushes us into decisions that protect our work, our energy, and our livelihood.
As of today, November 20, 2025, in-person appointments can no longer be booked directly through my website. If you would like an in-person session, you now need to email me so we can set it up together and I can be sure you’re truly committed to showing up.
This isn’t about making things harder — it’s about the reality of what’s been happening behind the scenes. Over the past while, I’ve had a significant increase in no-shows from first-time, in-person bookings. When someone doesn’t show up, it isn’t just an empty time slot… it’s lost income, lost preparation, and energy that I had set aside for someone who never arrived.
When you book with me, I show up fully — ready, grounded, and prepared to give you the best of what I do. I honour every appointment with my whole heart, and the only fair exchange is expecting that commitment back.
So here’s the new step:
If you choose to pay by e-transfer (Canada only), you will now be required to leave a valid credit card when booking. You will not be charged unless the e-transfer hasn’t been received 24 hours before your appointment. This protects my time, my schedule, and my ability to continue offering this work sustainably.
I know most people show up with respect, kindness, and integrity — and I’m grateful for you. These changes aren’t directed at the majority; they’re simply here because they’re necessary.
