Looking for a flavourful healthy snack. Why not give this one a try?

Roasted Chick Peas

2 cans (about 3 cups) chickpeas, thoroughly drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Sunset Gourmet's Chili & Lime Citrus Blend

Heat the oven to 400°F and arrange a rack in the middle. Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil and Chili & Lime Citrus Blend until evenly coated. Spread the chickpeas in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 30 - 40 minutes.

Salted Caramel Cheese Cake

1 box Sunset Gourmet's Salted Caramel Hot Dip Mix
8 oz. (250g) cream cheese, softened
2 cups Cool Whip
1 chocolate graham or Oreo crust
Chocolate sauce
Caramel sauce
Crushed peanuts, optional

Combine Salted Caramel Hot Dip Mix with softened cream cheese. Blend well and fold in Cool Whip. Spoon mixture into prepared crust. Sprinkle with topping and drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces. Add a sprinkle of crushed peanuts if desired.
