Oxford County Library is pleased to continue and grow our partnership with the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners .

Together, we’re introducing Cognitive Care Kits—free to borrow and thoughtfully designed to support cognitive care for folks living with dementia. It is important for individuals living with dementia to continue to participate and engage in the activities that they enjoy and that promote their strengths and interests.

Two kits are available: one designed to support general brain health in the early stages of dementia, and another tailored for individuals in the mid- to late stages of dementia.
