Imposter syndrome is a deeply somatic, stress-driven experience, not just a mental state. It triggers a sympathetic nervous system spike (fight-or-flight) or freeze response, where the brain treats professional visibility as a threat. This causes physiological reactions like tightened chests, shallow breathing, and chronic cortisol elevation, leading to overworking, self-sabotage, and a feeling that success is dangerous.

I haven’t done an update in a while and a lot of amazing health wins have been happening which I’ll catch you up on later. For now I’m excited to realize I have fasted every single day for 365 days!!! With my longest being 73 hrs. I am set this week to fast for 5 days meditating and praying as I come up to the one year mark of using the incredible Feel Great System!!! My intention is to have an epic reset to start my second year on the protocol and reach the last leg of this journey!
