We will shine a light on gratitude this week, for all that we have and all that we are, as we reflect on those who have fallen to bring peace and harmony.

Tuesday’s classes fall on a somber day of remembrance, honoring the soldiers of the past and present. We will pay tribute to them as we honour our own bodies and each other, seeking harmony within.

Saturday’s class will continue to explore gratitude as we move toward the holiday season, shining a light on what truly matters and finding balance in body, mind, and spirit, whatever that means to you.
