“Our Woodstock Life After Stroke Group went on an outing to visit their Pen Pals in the Stratford Life After Stroke Group. They have been writing Pen Pal Letters as a Purposeful Writing Activity for approximately a year. This unique program allows for practical benefits/skills and assists each stroke survivor in sharing their story, expanding their social network, and working on specific goals as part of their functional rehab.
