What the Finnish sauna does for you:

How to use it as a ritual:
1.) Rinse or shower first, a quick warm rinse prepares your body and feels more refreshing.
2.) Enter the Finnish sauna for about 8–12 minutes (or less if you’re new). Focus on slow breathing and letting your shoulders drop.
3.) When you’re ready, step out and cool down with a cold plunge, cool shower, or simply fresh air to bring your system gently back.
4.) Rest: spend a few minutes on a heated water bed, in the Yurt or Timber Haven, or in a quiet relaxation space, allowing your body to integrate the benefits.
5.) Repeat the hot–cold–relax cycle as it feels good for you.
