Humanity is going through a dark period, in the dense fog of intolerance and contempt for the less fortunate.
Each of us has the responsibility to bring peace. Each of us has a tool to help us through this journey.
As a journalist and yoga instructor, I offer my humble teachings to spread an ancient practice.
Yesterday, for example, I had the privilege of speaking about the benefits of yoga at the Woodstock Public Library, where I have lived since 2007. And soon I will be in Brazil to promote my book Yoga&Wisdom.
