Another Sunday for a Reset and Indulgences.🫶💪
I get asked about what I put into my water for electrolytes at home. 💧
- I drink this every morning on an empty stomach to aid in my digestion, my metabolism and to reduce the acidity in my stomach first thing in the morning.
Electrolyte Water:
-2 cups of filtered water (we keep our Britta water at room temp)
-1 small piece of fresh lemon (or a splash of bottled lemon juice)
-1-2 dashes of good quality Sea Salt (not table salt) for Sodium.
-1/4 tsp of Cream of Tartare powder for Potassium.
-Stir together and drink it all before your cup of coffee or breakfast. 🧡
Together these ingredients can help the body 'wake up' on a cellular level. Make you feel hydrated and focused. 🧠🙌
💯 If you have issues with heartburn, irritable bowels, inflammatory issues or any other health concerns - please use discretion or omit the lemon.
