Some of you may remember our humble beginning on Peel St., where we grew out of a re-purposed (and very cute) little house with a tiny parking lot out back. Magnesium, one of the most important daily foundational supplements, is available in several forms- capsules, liquids, powders, and chewable tablets!

Magnesium bis-glycinate (also referred to as magnesium glycinate) is formed by combining elemental magnesium with the amino acid, glycine.

This form of magnesium is highly bioavailable, meaning the magnesium is easily absorbed through the small intestine.

Digestive enzymes facilitate the breakdown of food by splitting macronutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates and fats into smaller ones. This allows the body to absorb the nutrients it needs.
