What an amazing illustration! Feet are your foundation which is why we think about them so much in Pilates. So many muscles and joints that want to work. Also, it’s that time of year to get out barefoot, even if just for a minute each day.
Go ahead, try it! Other exercises can be just as simple with just a tennis ball or towel.
