Some sessions will feel lighter.
Some will feel heavy.
Some will feel like real progress, and others might feel quieter or harder.

That’s all part of the process.

If you’re mentally drained and not ready to hop on the New Year’s resolution wagon at the beginning of January, that’s okay too.

We often feel pressure at the start of the year to reinvent ourselves, change all of our “bad” habits, and try a million new things. But that kind of reset isn’t always sustainable.

If you want to evolve in the new year, that’s great. Growth is always encouraged. But if you’re also okay where you are right now and need some time to figure out where you’re going, that’s okay too.

Making change doesn’t have to line up with the calendar year.
