What is energy work? And what do you get when you work with me…

When you book with me I walk you through our session to restore your soul with healing energy.

You start by sitting quietly, pulling one card from the deck that matches your intention…

We don’t look at it until after our session….

Then you lay on the table getting cozy, listen to zen music to invite calming feelings to shut off busy thoughts…

A short guided meditation sets your soul to prepare for healing, loving energy from the universe to flow.

I clear your chakras, sweep away any blocked or stuck energy in order to pour vibrant, calming, relaxing and peaceful energy into your heart, mind and body.

This will help you feel connected, grounded, and refreshed.

You may feel less pain, be more focused, be guided to let go of what doesn’t belong in your orbit.

As I practice energy work with you I may connect to your spirit guides, your loved ones who have passed or see future events that are meant to provide insight for you….

About forty-five minutes of our session go by and I’ll gently ask you to come back to present mind where will go over all messages, insights all feelings and thoughts we both had to compare notes!

Once we have completed our time, you will leave feeling restored, connected to yourself and best of all -
your soul will begin to flow with the good energy you so deeply need.
