We’re excited to welcome Dr. Megan Keen to the LivWell Chiropractic & Health team!

Starting May 15th, Dr. Keen will be seeing patients in Wynyard on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings.

We wanted to inform you of a temporary change in how we are handling phone calls for our Wynyard clinic. As we work on hiring a new receptionist, all calls to our Wynyard location will be forwarded to our Saskatoon clinic.

LivWell Chiropractic & Health is looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our teamimmediately at our Wynyard location!

Position Details:

📍 Location: Wynyard Chiropractic Clinic
🕒 Hours:
• Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM
• Plus: Admin tasks (checking voicemails & returning calls) on Monday afternoon or Tuesday before shift. Which can be performed remotely.

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Scheduling & rescheduling appointments
✔ Taking payments & managing transactions
✔ Managing clinic flow & providing a welcoming experience for patients
✔ Handling phone calls, voicemails & administrative tasks
✔ Light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and professional workspace

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Organized, friendly, and detail-oriented
✅ Strong communication & customer service skills
✅ Computer literate & comfortable using scheduling software
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
✅ Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus

📍 If you see Dr. Dan at Wynyard Chiropractic Clinic, please note a slight adjustment to his hours. He will continue seeing patients on Wednesday afternoons and Thursday mornings.

After this date, we will no longer be able to provide invoices from January to September 2024, as our transition to a new booking system will be complete.
