Weather Update – Clinic Notice ❄️

Due to today’s incoming storm, Dr. Dan will not be in the office on Wednesday, December 17th.

Our receptionist will be reaching out to you directly to confirm this change and to help reschedule your appointment to an alternative date as soon as possible.

Please note that Dr Megan has opened addition appointments to accommodate rescheduling for this week.

We’re excited to announce that we are agn aparticipating in the Annual Toasty Toast Sock Drive!

This province-wide initiative, led by the Chiropractors’ Association of Saskatchewan in partnership with the Salvation Army, aims to collect 10,000 pairs of socks for those in need across Saskatchewan.

🧦 Why socks?
Socks are one of the most requested—and least donated—items in shelters. In our harsh Saskatchewan winters, something as simple as a warm pair of socks can bring comfort, protection, and dignity to someone facing hardship.

Our clinic goal is to collect 100 pairs of new socks between October 1 and November 28.
Every donation helps us make a meaningful difference right here in our community.

📍 Drop off your new sock donations at any of our three clinic locations (Lanigan, Wynyard, Saskatoon)

💛 Together, let’s help keep our community warm this winter.

Our clinic is looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team immediately.

Position Details:

📍 Location: Wynyard Chiropractic Clinic
🕒 Hours:
• Wednesday: 1:00 – 6:30 PM
• Thursday: 2:45 - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM

• Plus: Admin tasks (checking voicemails & returning calls) on Monday afternoon or Tuesday before shift. Which can be performed remotely.

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Scheduling & rescheduling appointments
✔ Taking payments & managing transactions
✔ Managing clinic flow & providing a welcoming experience for patients
✔ Handling phone calls, voicemails & administrative tasks
✔ Light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and professional workspace

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Organized, friendly, and detail-oriented
✅ Strong communication & customer service skills
✅ Computer literate & comfortable using scheduling software
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
✅ Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Megan Keen to the LivWell Chiropractic & Health team!

Starting May 15th, Dr. Keen will be seeing patients in Wynyard on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings.

Born and raised in Saskatoon, Dr. Keen has a background in kinesiology, a love for sport and wellness, and a passion for helping people feel and move their best. Her approach to care is personalized, compassionate, and focused on getting you back to doing what you love—pain-free.
