For three women here in Southwest Nova Scotia — Rhonda, Nadine, and Lisa — that belief became the heart behind Holistic Thyme Wellness Center, a community hub on the Yarmouth Waterfront that brings together a team of dedicated holistic professionals.

From chiropractic care, acupuncture, osteopathy, and natural medicine to holistic nutrition, psychotherapy, massage, and nail wellness, every service is designed to support balance, healing, and connection from the inside out.

What began as a dream during uncertain times has grown into a collaborative space where knowledge is shared, clients feel seen, and whole-body wellness is truly the focus.
We’re deeply grateful for the people who’ve supported this journey — and for everyone who walks through our doors ready to take their next step toward feeling well again.
