Attention Caregivers and Participants!

We are heading into the final week of our Community Needs Survey as we prepare for the shift toward individualized funding.

📄 To help make this as accessible as possible, we will be sending paper copies home with participants this week. We are asking that everyone please complete at least one survey—whether online (anonymously if you prefer) or by returning a paper copy, both options are absolutely welcome.

💬 We want to hear from individuals, families, caregivers, and community partners:
What services do you need? What should the future look like?

🎁 If you choose to include your name, you will be entered into a draw for two $50 gift certificates. If you prefer to remain anonymous, your feedback is just as valuable.

📊 We are currently at about half of our participants completed, and we would love to reach all 30 participants (or more!) by the end of this week.

🤝 This work is being supported by ASBB Economics as we shape our future vision, mission, and strategic direction.
