Fresh my inbox to you: Best quality of evidence shows strain specific probiotics can be significantly helpful in folks with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). This is another reason why for the past 3 years we've only used a select few probiotic strains to help improve gut health. Here is the paper if intersted:

Fantastic Toxic Mold Summit going on over the next few days. Last night couldn't stop listening and learning/relearning different strategies to mold and biotoxin illness. This morning just finishing off the round of presentations and learned something new called DNSR, which helps retrain the brain via neuroplasticity focusing on the limbic system. The ancient part of our brain that precieves threats. It seems like this can be a wonderful tool in addition to many others like EMDR, EFT, Tapping, etc. that can help individuals experiencing PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Anxiety, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Disorder, Fibro/CFS, CIRS, etc. Really Cool Stuff!
