I am excited to announce that after a year of maternity leave I am reopening my practice.

It was an incredible, and challenging, year adjusting into motherhood after years of my own journey with infertility.

I will not be reopening my website at this time but stay tuned for upcoming posts sharing my service offerings, updates on my own journey, and lessons learned in pregnancy and postpartum after infertility. Rest assured, the focus of my practice has always been and will always remain focused on fertility.

🌿 A Season of Change 🌿

After walking alongside so many of you on your fertility journeys, I am stepping into a new chapter of my own. I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be taking maternity leave from Solstice Fertility to honour this transformative season in my life.

Infertility taught me one of the hardest but most profound lessons: we can’t control everything. Even now, this truth remains close as we prepare to welcome our daughter a few weeks early due to gestational hypertension, IUGR, a two-vessel umbilical cord, and the high-risk nature of IVF pregnancies. While this pregnancy has come with challenges, I am deeply grateful to share that my baby is healthy, and we are in good hands as we navigate the path ahead.

This journey has deepened my gratitude for the incredible strength and resilience of the fertility community. As I prepare to welcome this new life, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to each of you who have trusted me to hold space for you.

While I step back to focus on this sacred time, I remain committed to ensuring you have the support you need. I’m happy to connect you with other amazing fertility doulas who can continue to walk with you on your path. and can help connect you with a doula in your region or support you virtually.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and the love you’ve shared with me over the years. This isn’t goodbye—it’s just a pause. I look forward to returning to Solstice Fertility with fresh energy and new insights when the time feels right.

When someone you care about is grieving the loss of a pregnancy or infant, it can be hard to know how to help. The best support often comes from acknowledging their pain and offering meaningful gestures. Swipe through for ways you can be there for them. 💔
