Seeking a highly self motivated, friendly and organized individual to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with Patients and Staff.

Daily tasks:

Scheduling: Treatment Coordination, re-booking patients for future treatment, and confirming those patients

Administration: Book appointments, check patients in/out, track future treatment requirements, dental claims and pre-authorizations.

Clinical: Turnover patient rooms, basic sterilization, maintain overall cleanliness of clinic. Assist in dental laboratory when required.

Be familiar with social media applications, word, excel and basic bookkeeping.

Financial Duties: Collection of payment from patients and insurance, accounts receivable and financial reporting procedures, sending and following up.

Wage dependent on experience.
