Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of Catalyst Chriopractic Studio being opened.

It was a rocky start with many of us having many sleepless nights followed by our city wide evacuation but I’m so glad I did it!

Thank you to all who have supported me; from helping to set the clinic up, referrals and also being my patients.

I wouldn’t be here without all of you and your support over the past year and many of you the past 12.5 years!

Thank you everyone for your understanding this week. I’m still down and out with whatever Yellowknife Bug I have caught.

I’m hoping today is the tail end but we will see what tomorrow brings!

On a side note I’ve been taking some supplements prescribe from Dr Moslehi working out of Juniper Health and they are definitely helping!

When you are sick try to support your immune system the best you can. While I’m sharing this radical unheard of advice, also try to avoid getting sick!

Hopefully I’ll be treating all of you next week before I venture off on another course!

Friendly Reminder

It is the Cold and Flu season and this year it is hitting hard. If you are sick please let me know so we can reschedule you. Even if you wake up sick and the appointment is that day. I am very happy to reschedule you to a different day so that you can get better and hopefully not pass on the illness!
